Michael McDowell, a Sprint Cup driver, wrecked his car big-time at Texas Motor Speedway today. He flipped multiple times after hitting the SAFER Barrier in turn 1. For those going to TMS this year BE CAREFUL!!! (...I know you guys won't be going 200MPH) Here's a link to the article and a video, CHECK IT OUT!:

That'll leave a mark! It is insane to watch a guy walk out of a car after that. I remember watching Dale's wreck and thought he would be completely fine, then finding out he died in his wreck at Daytona.
