What an idiot!

It's kinda hard to see, but that is a back hoe digging a hole.

What even makes this funnier, is the white bldg is a place called "Corvette Country". They sell used Corvettes, and they have a few high dolloar BMW's and MB's. The "leak" was right near the entrance to their business. No business for them!
Also... I was watching the news last night and the news channel I was watching has a crawl at the bottom of the screen, it basically shows some of the lesser news stories. I saw the crawl for this exact thing. It said they didn't know what caused the rupture. I told my wife "How 'bout that freaking backhoe, don't they think that might have something to do with it?".
