The wife does not care what I do during that time as long as I don't bother her. I think I could have a few girls over, and as long as we weren't too loud she would never know. Anyway, I took the opportunity to close myself in the garage with a few beers and give the GP it's spring polish job. Man the corrosion under the gas door is getting bad. Not bad looking for having 160,000 miles.

If it was a GTP, my wife the "speed demon" would drive it everyday and I would get her Monte. I actually wanted a white car, but the price was right on this one. Since I do 20K miles a year I wish I had the GTP gears, I could possibly break 30 MPG. I just got 28.7 returning from Colorado running 70 with a slight tailwind.

I too love when my girl is caught up in a pretty lame television show and I get to pour another hour of doing whatever into the GP. Love it!

I love when my wife was watching it the other night and I walked into the room and saw Erin Andrews. eek

She caught me gawking. I don't think she'll be watching that show around me any more.
