Let's here em please, I really could use some that actually work

My trick is set the alarm for about 2 hours before I wake up and have a glass of water and about 600mgs of motrin standing by. When the alarm goes off take the motrin then go back to sleep. When you wake up later you'll feel lots better.

One way to avoid hangers (without having to give up the alcohol ) is to have a glass of water with each beverage. Dehydration is the main cause of hang overs. Also avoid the fruity sweet drinks. Those don't sit well in the stomach.

I drink as much water as I can before I go to bed, then I put a large glass of water beside the bed for in the middle of the night. When I wake up I have four extra strength tylenol, coffee, and go out for a greasy breakfast. Then I spend the rest of the day sitting on the couch watching movies. Now I have two kids so I don't drink anymore than 2 or 3 beers.

I've only had one hang over.

I've also only had 2-3 headaches in my life. I'm just lucky.

Call me wrong but i just Have a bloody mary in the morning. Cures me right up.

If I know that I'll be drinking, then I try to eat some pasta and/or bread to help.

Water in between drinks does help.

You can also drink stuff like Gatorade to replenish your system faster.
