I really dig these turn signals...I wonder if you could modify our housing to accept that second double element bulb

http://www.webelectricproducts.com/products.htm

click on sequential turn signals and scroll down to the STS2 kit

I agree and started looking into this a while back. I came to the conclusion that it would be almost impossible since you would not only have to modify the housing to accept the bulb but also section the housing into two sections so that the light from one bulb doesnt flood into the other. Looks too hard for me haha.

I bet you might be able to find some sequential LEDs from a motorcylce vendor that you could some how mount into the light housing so the LEDs would zoom across in the direction you'd like.

You can do sequential turn signals on your own. you just have to cut the wire to the smaller bulb in your brake light housing and connect it to the larger bulbs power line. It'll do the same thing as the crown vics light.

I found it over at clubgp. Some People with the digital climate control had some problems with the screen going blank after doing this, but if you undo the work it goes back to normal. I have the digital climate control and nothing happened to mine.

They aren't sequential though, that's alternating.

Best way is probably through LEDs as mentioned. Maybe get rid of the reflector in the tails and replace it with a LED series?
