Yea youre right but everybody knows the regular mazda 6 cant get up to 153.

he must have been mod'd pretty well to cause i dont see any low 14 sec cars reaching 153mph smile

I think his point is they don't have to be "modded pretty well" like you said to gain an extra 4 mph. They generally limit a car due to the top speed of the tires, not it's top performance - so if you take the limiter off and do nothing else, it may be able to do 153 then.
