Well, some vehicles are equipped so that if your blinker fluid is low your car transfers oil to replenish it. 'Cause blinker fluid is just that important.... sorry, but I don't have any actual advice

Just a suggestion but if your engine seems to be oil free externally take a look at your trans. and see if it not rear main seal if your trans. has engine oil on it this may be your culprit or the back of your valve covers may be leaking down making it difficult to see,as for oil seals a telltale sign is a puff of blue smoke when you first start your engine which goes away in a few seconds.
