WTF? How the heck did they get in there? Bet one of those posts are movable. But why would they park their van right where that are working?

According to the post on CGP, they installed the post to prevent people from parking there, which apparently has been a problem. It's the end of the day and they're cleaning up and getting ready to pack it all up and leave, or so they think.
