Well, Monday was horrible for me. I was on my way to a college class when my rear left rim on the Stratus cracked and blew the tire. So, now I'm in a spot hunting for a new rim. Right now I'm running my GP steelies on the rear (they work laugh ) until I get a replacement.

I'd appreciate it if someone could find a stock rim for me at a reasonable price. No one around here has any and I keep seeing people selling them for over $100.

What I need:
'01-02 Dodge Stratus Coupe R/T
17"x6.5" Cast alloy stocker (not polished)

Here's a pic of the old one with the tire that got its side ate out at 80mph. :p

If I decide on spending enough, I might buy tires for my Torque Stars and run them on the Stratus. The Stratus has a 114.3 bolt pattern.

y dont you just buy a new tire and put it on that one? i think it would be cheaper, the rim doesnt look messed up except for a little bit of curb rash on the bottom

The crack is on the rear. I didn't notice the crack until I tried to get another tire installed. Not going to happen.

New rim found! I got a reply back from a salvage yard in Florida that had one for $65. $80 shipped and it's on this way as of this morning. I also have a new tire on the way. laugh

So stratus wheels fit the GP? Sounds like another avenue of wheel possibilities.

Nah, he just meant you can search for Stratus wheels as well if your looking for new wheels for the Grand Prix. More possibilities
