I know it's come up at least twice in the past few months, but his part month or so, many of you been typing many inappropriate words, using symbols to block out letters.
I understand if you are speaking outside of the virtual world and slip a word in there, but if you have the time and ability to not type those words, then there is no need to type them, you can't slip up, especially if there is a delete/backspace. Just don't type them, use another word, or use the emoticons!
Thank you

While on this topic. I'm curious why? I don't normally swear on this message board. Do we have underage members or something? Just wonder.

If someone say bad word then did you know you can "report post" on bottom of member who typed? You could do that.

Karl is underage by law. But i get the point, family oriented websites do not need cussing. its just like buying a PARENTAL ADVISORY CD, you have to be a certain age.

I definitely agree with Steve, I do see it as starting to get a little out of hand again. Another thing I've noticed is some of the things being talked about in threads. Don't get me wrong, I'm 17 and I love to joke around about stuff, but even I find some of the stuff that you guys are saying to be a little offensive and more like stuff I'd expect to see over on CGP and definitely not on a site like this.

i personally think we need to start handing out warnings to users that start to let their language get out of hand. That is the only way people will learn to calm it down.

What do you think the mods do all day? Sit around with their thumb up their... crazy Haha see I caught myself!

But seriously, Herc and Bobby do give warnings about language. Sometimes I think they just do it through PM instead of in the actual thread. Plus they can't possibly read every post in every single thread.

So far I see mod list on top screen.

(HercMan, Chew, Marc Harbison, AustinGTP, Brian A. Marks)

Maybe time to find new Mod? Chew, Marc Harbison and Brian A. Marks seems gone forever. I don't know them but I never seen their names on thread anymore.

Brian is the creator of the site. Apparently Chew is still around sometimes but I don't know about the other guy.

No. Herc and Bobby do a fine job. Brian is around from time to time. You don't need more than 2 people to moderate 30 people.
