After reviewing the video I say there is a spoiler.

The other car is a Plymouth Breeze.

The first shot of it reminded me of the old Neon, and it does remind me of a Stratus (makes sense), but it's too small and the taillights/backend are wrong.

I just saw tv commercial while ago. When I saw guy jump out and I just like rush to closer on tv if it is rear spoiler or not.

The car didn't hit gp look like don't have spoiler. After hit and it looks like it has spoiler on. It is really hard to tell. I wish I have record so I can see slow motion.
