On tuesday i got hit by a Toyota Sienna, this 16 years old boy with her grand mother was looking an accident then they hit me, just damaged my paint but i'm sick of this, this is the 5th time i got reached from behind, always i'm stopped then they hit me, what happens? red GP's are invisible at some hour of the day???

By the way they pay, but i know i'll need to borrow my wife's new beetle for more than a week.

Sorry to hear that Alex.

If it makes you feel better, I have also been hit 5 times (in 3 different cars). I was sitting still in every case.

Some people just don't pay attention.

You know what that gets them when I'm on my bike?

A handfull of ball bearings or if I'm fresh out I'll get behind them and kick out their tail light smile

Just kidding I'm not that bad.

Wouldn't blame you for the ball bearings or light kicking Herc. Alex, you might want to consider painting that GP a different color. My daughter was rearended while she was stopped at a red light in our Durango. You'll never guess what color it is. OK, yeah, it's red. How the hell do you not see a big red suv stopped. I figured it was totaled, but the shop said they could repair it for $7,000. The insurance company swallowed the estimate even after I told them that it would end up at costing at least $10,000 to fix. By the time I was finally satisfied with the end result of repairs, the total was over $14,000. That will be the last red vehicle I own.

BRAKECHECK.
Bad idea. That'll get YOU a wrecked car. Yeah, yeah, I know... it'll be their fault and their insurance will pay for it, IF they have insurance, but that doesn't change the fact that it'll be YOUR car that's getting wrecked and YOU'RE the one who'll be driving a Speck rental car while you car is in the shop.
I've always thought brake checking was a bad idea.
For myself, I would never wreck my car on purpose, no matter who would be at fault.
Just my $0.02, and I'll take any change you're willing to give back.

I think the "brake check" that was being implied is tapping the pedal just enough to flash the brake lights but not engaging the brakes themselves.

You'd think it'd be the other way around. red... stop... bright.... hmmm.
Anyway, around the highways going into downtown, theres frequent quick stops. I usually have my eye on the person behind me, especially when I go to brake hard. Then, I'd leave a decent space in front of me, which I've used to move up really quick to avoid a potential accident. I know that doesn't work out most of the time, though.

I dunno... maybe really strong anti gravity beams?

that must be some super-light damage for a shop to quote you $130

I can't imagine getting a quote that includes painting for less than $300 around here.
