I stand partially corrected...the LS-7 is a big block...but the LS7 is a 505hp small block found in the Corvette Z06, not the ZR-1.

There's a difference between LS7 and LS-7? Wow. And the ZR-1 does have the LS-9, which is blown, right? I cant chase that link right now.

The ZR1 has an LS9 engine which is blown. The LS7 is the largest displacement small block that GM made squeezing 7.0 liters into a small frame. The LS9 is a 6.2 liter engine that GM managed to squeeze over 100hp per liter.
