I've decided once again to change my air intake system...my present cone filter keeps working itself loose, so I've decided to make another arrangement. However my next plan will require a stock airbox, and since I butchered mine to make my PCM tray I'm gonna need another. So if anyone has one lying around that they would like to get rid of cheap, zap me a PM and we'll work something out...my car is a 2001.

Is the filter coming off the intake tube?
Is the intake tube painted?
If so you'll need to scrape off the paint around the intake tube where the filter fits, it'll give the filter something to grab when tightened.

I've got one. I'll even inlcude a drop in K&N if you want. Unless you're using the box for something else. Let me know, I need to get it out of the way, since I'm getting rid of the GP.
