I know LKQ down here in Florida is like a chain. Something like that you can call them and they'll look through their junkyards and give you a call back. Try something like that. Every since you should us this car, I have been seeing dozens of them all over.

LOL, yeah, me too, it's like they crawled outta the woodwork. Arent you glad I showed you the car? Now you get to see KITT more and more each day!

I didnt even think of LKQ. I remember workin with them in Savannah, now that you mention it. I was also told about ecology auto parts.

I'm gettin ready for my parents and sister to visit, so I really dont have much time to take the pictures right now. I expect in about an hour, I will.

I really appreciate all the feedback, yall.

Here's another place to try: Brock\'s Camaro and Firebird Parts Best of luck in your search; I once called six states to locate a rear bumper for my '66 Riv, but I found one.. wink

Blackarrow, took a look at Brocks store. Interesting stuff for later, but he doesnt have the part I'm looking for. Thanks for the lead, though.

Funny things is, half of them were on the side of the highway or roadside, ROFL.

Those 2.8Ls were notorious for throwing rods.

Herc, that is exactly what I didnt wanna hear. Thanks, man. Any idea how many miles before rods start gettin thrown? If she can last me atleast 50k I'll be okay with the rebuild. The 700R4 was a good solid tranny, right? Dude, tell me I have SOMETHING solid on this car.

I don't know if they used the exact same plenum...but I remember my brothers Chevy Celebrity had a 2.8 Liter as well. And his plenum looked just like the one in your pics (I worked on his car enough!!) Maybe you'll be able to use one from that car as well.
