Wow! Great news.

Ryan Newman is my favorite driver, and it's always bugged me that he and Rusty Wallace could never get along.

Rusty was a great driver in his prime, but now that he's gone I think Busch and Newman could work together as a great, young team.

Congrats to Tony Stewart for taking the Brickyard 500. Awesome race.

I like Tony Stewart because he is a fierce competitor...I think the media give him too much grief and try to set him off on purpose because they know he is an intense kind of guy...and in my mind he should still be driving a GP instead of a Monte...congrats to Kurt on landing a great ride. i think he'll make the big "2" a number to be reckoned with.

I used to hate Tony Stewart, but he's grown on me. He is a hell of a racer. When him and Newman get together, you KNOW they won't let the other one pass without some contact.

And as a side note, Tony and Elliot Sadler are by far the funniest guys during interviews.

I'll second that.
...and yes, congrats to Tony. What an awsome win for him, of course it would have been an awsome win for Jeff Gordon too, both being from IN.

I do not see where the Penske team has more prestige than Roush...unless Kurt wants to try driving in one of Penske's other cars.

Seems funny some of these guys look so young in NASCAR you wonder if they can actually drink their sponsor's beverage.

Now I am wondering if Mark Martin will hang for another year or leave Jack with two seats to fill.

It's not about prestige, it's about money...

"the deal would make Busch one of the highest-paid drivers in NASCAR."

Mark Martin owes soo much to Jack. Mark already said he'll stay next year if they need him to.

Maybe in 1996. Gordon hasn't been too solid this year.

Jimmie Johnson is a great driver though.

I was at the Brickyard Sunday, and in Turn 4, where a lot of action happened.

What a great race.

I wouldn't say Rusty Wallace is doing bad this year... In this crazy point system they have, Mark Martin, Rusty Wallace, and Dale Jarrett are all in the top 10 with 5 or 6 left to go until the Chase for the Cup.

BTW, I got Dale Jarrett to sign my passenger airbag cover a few weeks ago! He won the race my car was in.

Dale Jarrett is my fiancee's favorite driver. If you ever sell that car, let me know!
