Not that I condone street racing, but this was kinda funny. I was out tonight doing a scan after drilling my 180 and this little kid in a sunfire gt pulls up to me.

He made it very clear that he wanted to race, so I figured what the heck, good way to scan WOT wink

It had just finished raining so I wasn't gonna race beyond 100KM's. Well anyway, we started off pretty slow and both gunned it around 20. I'll give that car some credit, but it was pretty much over as soon as I mashed it, I slowed and was a reciever of the famous ricer fly-by....

So... With my KR issues, I can still destroy a sunfire GT.. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Later!

I still peaked at 5.9 with the KR, but strangely enough that was only with 1 of the WOTS I did, the others were peaking around 2. And the Partial KR seems to almost be gone.

I'm going to scan one more time this weekend during the day in the sun to be more consistant with the other scans, but this was the best looking scan to date. Im just not sure yet if it was the Drilled 180 or the Weather.

You may have had something there with the drilled 180 Herc! Thanks!

Next step PEMs. That should take a chunk out as well.

I'm going to throw the 3.5 on as soon as it gets here, besided I want to see how much easier it is to pull the pulley with the ZZP Gen 2 puller wink

If that scans good then I'll throw the PEM's on and move back down to the 3.4.

Framos, Theres very little of the original exhaust left HAHA...

Well, KR sure keeps a guy busy anyway wink

Cheers all!

Can't believe that all tstats don't have a hole in them these days. Started doing that in 89 when I got my first turbo dodge and have done it with any tstat that I've changed out since. Changed one out in a 95 Avenger and the one I bought at autostoned had a hole in it already. The hole definitely helps with thermal shock allowing constant flow. Can cause the computer to maintain high idle rpm for a little longer due to temps not rising as quickly.
