How many of you have seen it, and what did you think?
I liked the first three, but this one kinda left me scratching my head when I left the theater.
They are planning on a Saw V & Saw VI.

Saw I was...okay. Saw II was a waste. What could they possibly have to talk about in any of the subsequent installments? Honestly?
Blah.

^^^ Imagine doing it in real life. Yuck!
Anyway. I really like the story behind all of them.
I think I like Saw III the best because of Amanda and how she related to everything.
However, Saw IV deffinately answered a LOT of questions about WHY John was doing what he did.
I really think the 4th movie answered more questions than it created though that isn't saying much. lol.
As far as I can tell, the autopsy during the begining is AFTER the events shown in the movie, which would be AFTER the events of the other 2 movies. The events of Saw IV were happening DURING Saw III.
I *THINK* but don't hold me to this, that the detective of the 4th movie, the one who is the new Saw guy, I believe he is going to take the Saw thing in a new direction.
If you remember, he was telling the black guy(please don't think I'm racist, I just don't remember his name) to go be with his wife, not to go looking for the guy, telling him to do all those things that WOULDN'T get him put in the Saw trap.
I think that man is going to try to convince the trap victims to alter their ways BEFORE he sticks them in traps. Hence, he's going to alter how HE sets up the games.

Saw III & IV did take place at the same time. But I want to know why the detective is Jigsaw's apprentice. I like your theory on how he's going to change the game. We'll see in the next couple movies. Who things Riggs is dead, or alive (Riggs being the black guy, lonezergling ) And my friend saw the first movie recently, and he had the same reaction to the ending that I did. When Jigsaw got up off the floor, I was trippin'. That twist was friggin' INSANE... And I thought the autopsy in the beginning of IV was the best part, but maybe that's just me.

Saw 4 was the first movie I have ever felt sick in. Wierd though, made it through the autopsy ok but the rest didn't settle too well.

Really? That's interesting, cuz the autopsy was the worst part. Other than that, it was less bloody (IMO) than the other movies.

You know you are in for something when the opening part is the Autopsy. I thought it was the better of the 4 Saws.

i just got back from seeing it, i've only seen Saw II, i thought it was good, i just had eaten some pizza right before i left to go to the movies and it wasnt very good pizza as it was... i hurled after the part where it ripped out her hair (i went to the bathroom) im also thinking i could have been way dehydrated cuz i drank some water and i was cool the rest of the movie but like right after the hair part i went and threw up... that's the second time i've thrown up bcuz of a movie... the first one was when i was 7 and it was like an R rated movie and this guy was kinda like saw... he stitched this dude's mouth shut and like took this huge cork screw and drilled through this guys back and that made me throw up... i dont know the name of the movie and i never have found out

No kidding. The first movie was made on a $1 million budget, and did over $100 million worldwide. Saw IV had a $10 million budget, and as of Nov 11, had already done $84 million worldwide.
