hey guys just dropping by to say hi...I picked up a new car a few months back.
Its a 2002 A4 1.8T quattro. Its the slowest car ive ever owned (including my 1989 ford escort lol) but its a lot of fun to drive, especially in the snow. i miss the power of the GTP but she had just about had it so it was time for her to go. She went to a good home from what the dealer said though so thats good.

oh yeah and by the way i think i've still got the stock airbox (minus a hole i cut in the side) that is still functional, i've got some assorted head light and turn signal bulbs, and my chiltons manual.

If any one is interested in my old crap i would be willing to throw it in a box and give it to someone whose local (Shelby twp, MI) or ship it if someone wanted to pay the shipping.

I was surprised when i started looking how affordable the used ones are. I got a great deal and sweet warranty. I'm really happy with it so far aside from the slowness.

they have tiny turbos stock but you could do some tuneing to it ... is it a 1.8 T ... my dad and i are trying to find a 2.0 T

yeah its a 1.8T. The turbo is small, stock it outs out like 8 psi i think. you can tune the PCM just like with the GP to unleash some more boost and such but the 1.8T only puts out 170 hp. Tuned "chipped" it it will put down a little 200hp

Yeah to 2.0 are bettter far as power but the 1.8 have tons of aftermarket parts available. This guy that lives down the street has one in a blue color and same wheels to match the color of his car and he put a supercharger on his 1.8 and its really fast when he accelerate. (dont know what the name is of the supercharger)
