It's a military thing. It shows that you're going into battle (not retreating). Just think of the way a flag flies when you run with it. That's the way it appears on military uniforms, for this reason.

that's a uniform thing. Like Bobby said the flags backwards but then again who is the targeted audience? Those in the garage or those on the other side of the window?

Most expensive toy I have, and yes, the flag is to be viewed from the street thru the window, so it is correct from outside. Don't even get me started on flag etiquette, as it is a pet peeve of mine.

The mustang was sold when I bought the GP. I could not get both kids, backpacks and music instruments in the car to school each morning, as a convertible has no trunk space.

As far as the black rims, I also agree they need some lip action or orange accents, but I have not made up my mind yet. I like to be unique when it comes to my cars, so I want to come up with something good looking, that no one else has done. I am thinking about doling the two outer rings in color matched orange, or do orange for 1/2" around each hole and only outer lip. Just not sure.

On the big truck the grill looks like a jimmy but you got the bow tie. Did you convert the front clip or just rebadge it?

yeah its a 1992 chevy blazer fullsize. the gmc version would be the yukon. the jimmy is the s-10.
i took the headlights off an 89 chevy pickup because i like the look of the old sealed beams. they are bolt on for any 1988-98 fullsize chevy pickup and any 1992-1998 fullsize suv.

then i put a 1994 and up gmc grill on and cut out the center. then i put a chrome bar grill in and ziptied the chevy emblem from the old grill to it.
i think it turned out good

Ahhh they'll allways be Jimmy's and Blazers to me. Never understood why the name change.

Heres my other toys:

1989 Chevy K1500 with a 350 Vortec crate motor and a Goodwrench 700R4 trans, it has a Jet TB spacer, a vibrant HF cat, flowmaster muffler (hate it!) and a Gibson tip (yee-haw) along with factory equipped 3.42 gearing

and here is my 1982 Trans AM MSE, 78k original with a 305 HO, Mecham Racing installed 4spd trans, 4.10 gears and LSD this also has the precurser to what is now known as the WS6 suspension package, also included on this car are rear axle limiter straps, BTW its awaiting restoration, just a had a baby so I'm penny pinchin
