all you have to do is just take it to ur bank...its just like a cashiers check.....its basically a check but the money is garaunteed u dont have to worry about having it clear my checking account its just cash except in the form of a check that doesnt need bank clearance....

and about the scratches... jsut wondering if you have a regular 360 or the elite 360...because the regular one marks up the disks all the time... occasionaly, playing online, it will say disk is unreadable..just turn it off and on again and it will work...its an ongoing problem with 360..my brand new rainbow disk sometimes says is unreadable..it sucks..thats why i got the elite one...so sorry about the case and the sctraches but the disks are fine....

ChiTown: I've never had an issue with the 360 marking up disks and I have the regular one. Just keep it horizontal...

I've got the "middle of the road" 360...not the best one, but the one with the smaller hard drive. It doesn't mark up my discs.

Your games just looked marked up when I looked at them, but my 360 reads them just fine and has not given me any errors at all.

Uh, yeah, if your 360 scratches your discs, there's something not right with your console. Don't stand it up vertically, it happens more that way.

If it's horizontal and it still does it, I wouldn't be surprised if the CD drive breaks on you in the future, especially if it's saying your new discs are unreadable.

It doesn't 'happen all the time'.
