I assume water barrels over there.
What was the speeds?
Didn't look that fast, but the wreck says they were going pretty fast.

It was the last lap, they were at 200 Km/hr something like 125 mph.

Wow, I'm big nascar fan. Mexico track have really have a bad idea to put that wall and water barrels there. Some cars can get turn during straightway. That's really sad. I hope this track will remove that wall out after this accident next time. Sound like wall got all way to driver side to kill him.

Oh I never knew Mexico NASCAR. That's interesting. All I know Nationwide went Mexico road course track like once or twice. It just stopped.

WOW! That roll cage didn't look or stand like an American NASCAR roll cage at all. That stuff look like chicken wire compared to the NEXTEL Cup.

Here's a clip of a brutal BUSCH wreck a couple years ago at Bristol. He hit the part of the wall that opens up to allow the teams to come in to the infield section. Luckily he lived to drive another day.

Here's another BIG wreck at the Craftsmen Truck Series race. This is a home video version of the accident.
