I brought a processor from frys last friday for 200, i got the shipment in on tuesday, i checked my bank account today and they have not taken their money. Is there some type of time frame that if they dont take the money by a certain time, they cant take it? Usually online stores take the money before they ship so i dont know.

maybe the system glitched? you should get charged right away... either way you may have gotten a free processor

Whatever. Its not like anything but certain office apps will use anything but the first core. This is coming from someone with an X2 Athlon.

I'd call Frys and ask them. I generally do all my shopping with Newegg and they at least do a hold on the amount.

They ran it through as credit. On my purchases, sometimes it takes a good week to post to my account. You didn't get it for free.
