Scroll down to see the custom box this is actually a good idea, i wonder if something like this could work for our GP's ?? but if it was sideways ? idk, but than again, you could do wood like 20GTP02

just don't go TOO small, you need to keep the aread around the filter open so you can pull in air better.

Yea, thats what i was worried about, it does kinda cut it off. but ill kep lookin around for some weird thing lol maybe get like a 25* angle pipe nd connect it to the pvc pipe and make the filter forward, so then i can throw a cool box on there ?
im gonna try some weird thing on sat. and friday night lol ill get a post up about it

Is it worth it though? The heat would transfer through and would be essentially worthless. I can see this being a good base for making it more heat resistant though.

If it bothers you that much about heat. Go spend a couple bucks on some wide aluminum tape and go crazy on the outside of it. Problem solved. 0 Heat transfer.
