I hope they hold on to the GTO for a couple more years. If they put that thing up for sell at about the same time I'm looking for a GTO, I might just have to consider it.

Smart move on their part before it gets slapped harder with the depreciation curve.
Also the V8 G8s are comming out which would have made this obsolete and less desireable to non-hardcore fans.
The money is probably going for another project as suggested. Maybe the G8.

She'll look much better after I swap the rotors, paint the calipers and did I mention hi-po's??? I forgot to ask the kid how the air dam got scratched. He's planning on putting it in some shows. I really would hate to see it in bad shape in a year from now.
