Today I went in and got my headers welded (cat to flex pipe area) because I was sick of it coming undone. Cost me $20 to have a shop tack-weld it and it looks like it's going to hold up perfectly!

Also, I got my paycheck, and came home to find out for my next car insurance period, I'll be paying $20 less a month ($90).

Lastly, my mom is quitting smoking because my grandma is dying because of it, and her "treat" fpr quitting is a Wii. So now I'll have a Wii as soon as I can find one.

The only way my day could be better would be if the love of my life would realize that she's not a kid anymore and be ready to have the adult, lasting relationship that I've been trying to have with her for 4 years now.

If that happened, I could die a happy man tonight.

I bought a wii two days ago, it's very fun, hard to get used to for an old-school gamer though! smile

Wii Sports has official taken the award of "best Selling Videogame of All Time."

It finally trumped the original Super Mario Bros.

Nintendo sure knows what the heck it's doing.

Always like to hear good news

Have had a wii for a couple for a couple of years now, love it.

Was deciding between that and a PS3, but at the time the PS3 was still 500 I think, and I liked the interactive remote of the wii

Wii bowling is definitely my favorite of the wii sports

if the wii gets damaged during shipping, you let the shipper know, and they will replace it.

It adds up after awhile, especially if you want 4 remotes for multiplayer games

wii 250 (comes with 1 remote, 1 nunchuck, wii sports if i remember correctly)
extra controller 40 ea.
extra nunchuck 20 ea.
plus games, racing wheels, etc.
But it's a lot of fun, i like doing the 4 player games like wii sports, mario kart, guitar hero world tour, rayman, etc. with friends, it's pretty cool

no bestbuy sells the "starter bundle" for $319 which includes the nunchuck, wii remote and wii play

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?...prd103500050000

the wii for $250 only comes with wii sports and a wii remote.

That word is not really heavy bad. All I know it was f, s(crap) and some etc. stuffs. I never heard "d" is bad? That's new to me.

Maybe this forum should add faq list for do not say any words.

Oh what about "hell"? Is that bad language too?

yep, sure is. Pretty much, if a 5 year old would get in trouble for saying any such word, dont post it here. The original intent is for EVERYONE to be able to read/use this site. That includes a mom who needs info on her car, and has her young kid on her lap.

It was suggested to post such guidelines in the past. Problem with it is that by posting inappropriate language ANYWHERE, the mods would be violating the very rule that they established. Kinda hypocritical, dontcha think?

I understand kids stuff but this is car forum. Almost all kid under 0-14 age don't drive this car. Do we have age policy on this site? I know some other website site do. I'm not sure about this one. Like I say I don't normally swear. I just surprise that "d" word is bad. Oh well next time I will know to not say that.

Thank you.

No there is no age restrictions on this website. It's available for ANYONE. Dad tells his young son to run into the house and search for this GP-repair topic, our site pops up first, young boy clicks the link and is welcomed by your profanity-spewing, non-sense posting replies...yeah, big problems.

Thank you for being willing to finally stop using profanity here.

There don't seem to be many games out for how old the system is... I'm playing Twilight Princess right now. Personally, I'd rather have a PS3, but wife enjoys the Wii and I don't think she'd really use a PS3.

Nintendos marketing strategy with the Wii store is brilliant. They're getting people to pay $5-10 for games they haven't made money on for YEARS. Or never have made money on, in the case of Sega Genesis games!

id take a Wii or Xbox 360 ANYDAY over the PS3, the PS3 just has too many problems, whereas the 360 has pretty much figured out all of its bugs and the Wii so far doesnt have any(that i can think of) and plus its a great interaction system that the whole family cn enjoy at one time.

PS3 is a far superior piece of hardware in terms of potential peformance. What problems are you refering to?

Got my Wii at GameStop. Took everyday of calling the place, they only got two or three at a time. So this last time, called up, and chick said had one. Asked her nicely to hold it, since they won't do holds. Booked it up there, and made a purchase.
The Wii (sports game package) has surpassed the Mario Brothers sales, in doing it in just over two years. It helps the game is bundled with the Wii, which has sold over 45 million worldwide!
That's insane!

well the horror stories i have heard consist of, ONLY the 80GB being able to play back(play ps2 and ps1 games), over heating, the hard drive taking a crap, my brother and I had a 40gb and it took a crap because it over heated and the hard drive didnt feel like working anymore. I run my dads videogame business so i know how to handle systems(so the bad ps3 was not my fault). I ALWAYS get people coming in and asking if we repair the PS3's, of course we say no, for the simple fact that the PS3's can only be repaired by buying a whole new unit because they are too delicate. Sony rushed to produce them so that they would have it realeased the same time the XBOX 360 was released(Microsoft did the same thing, which is why the first years model's had 85% of them returned because of the RROD)

Im sorry, but im not going to spend $500 on an 80gb system when there is no need for that much memory on a game system. I would definately buy another PS3 if the 20gb or the 40gb would be able to playback, but they are not capable of doing it.

XBOX 360 allows you to play over 80% of the ORIGINAL XBOX games on it, you dont need the ELITE just to play the older games. You can buy the arcade system and be able to play the original games. You cant do that with the PS3.
