If nothing is resolved, you have his number, take it to the local Police where he lives and have them get ahold of him. He "stole" over $100 worth of product, thats a felony.

Yep and if that doesn't work then just write it off. I know it's a pricey item and all but in the end is it worth the hassle?

If he doesn't respond usually a threat with small claims and having it written by a lawyer or someone you know in law school usually gets them to ship it back. Just have it say if such purchased item is not returned by blank date legal measures will be taken into the full prosecution blank state and justice department. etc etc. Send it in the mail not through a PM.

If he was too busy to ship it back odds are he won't want to do a small claims court any time soon.

Good point. Here is the update on this:

Guy has stayed logged off of ClubGP for awhile now and will not response to my text messages (like he so easily did before the deal. A moderator on club gp replied that it could be just because something is up with him and he has to be offline. However I find it suspicious he will not return any texts or answer calls and will not login to clubgp.

It's coming up on the 3rd week now of not getting it back after I told him to send it back both PM and Text Message.

I'm hoping the moderator at club gp can help me but without this guy signing in what else can i do?

I went and tried looking, but this is going to end up being a lesson for you. Do not buy from anyone that does not have all their info posted up on their profile, and has been around a while with a lot of posts. Even then, you can get screwed.

Here is some information I found on Chris Wilbank of Norman, OK, I'm obviously not alone on this one.

http://www.g2ic.com/forums/showthread.php?t=186715

Also a few other guys on club gp have had issues with not getting there stuff back (one guy bought 400 dollars worth of items from him and hasn't received them).

I've contacted the police and left a complaint and will be getting a call back shortly regarding it.

Tim,

I know I didn't post this but you have to understand, this person has had my amp for 3 1/2 weeks now. I allowed him up to 2 weeks before I started to complain. We made an agreement via text (still have it saved) that he would send out my amp by 12 (noon) yesterday. So I waited till noon, and I had no text with tracking number. He said he would have the tracking number to me earlier then that.

It's been a day now since the agreement (only now coming up on a month), I still have no amp. Wouldn't you be a slightly mad with this person who has lied many times to you now?

I'm done giving this person the benefit of the doubt. He has lied to me several times, said he would send back, then comes up with many excuses as to why hes busy. Says his phone is shut off but yet he still receives texts. Also leaves and stays off club gp for a week or so.

Another fishy thing that came up was he also asked if he could buy the amp from me for cheap and I said to send it back.
