This is the second top end on the bike, it's the first one I've done.

Doing a top end is now routine maintenance for me. Parts were only $109 and it took me 3 hours. My buddy has his engine seize and it ended up costing him $500 and took about 10 hours total plus he had to send parts out. Once I did it myself and saw how easy and relatively cheap it is, I'm going to plan on doing it every 2 years or so. It's never a bad idea since these things run well over the 10,500 redline 75% of the time we're riding.

I was going to take her out today, but we're getting about 5 inches of snow. It's been in the 50's all week. But now that my bike is done, it's snowing.
