Have you seen that tv show from A & E channel? It was interesting show. I have watched 4 shows already. Philadelphia people might be retard. They whine, moan, cry, b!tching, cursing, try get car out during install boot on wheel , and more crazy stuffs.

They are doing their job. I wish I have them in Cincinnati. We have lot of parking illegal over there. It is very good show. That's law but those people never learn. They have to pay like $20-$800 fines. 3 unpaid tickets and they get "booted". They keep saying "I never got tickets" or "I already paid them". lol nice try

I watch that show sometimes, I also like the speeders one too.... People come up with some LAME excuses...
