Ok so i got a nice slice in my tire and now i hafta replace my tire. is it okay if i put a differnt brand of tire? im gunna reaplce the other one a week after i get the new one. the old ones were sumimoto hrt-4s and the new one im buying today from walmart(ya ya laugh it up) :rolleyes: is the 85$ goodyear vivas. is it okay to run to different tires for a short while? my computer is messed up explaing my absense but im a library on my lunch break. I have seen some cars use different brand tires. Like 2 goodyears on front and 2 firestone on rear. I don't think it will hurt you as long they are same size.

he means 1 tire on the left and another brand on the right, not front and back. either case, it will be fine.

Some people use many different kind brand tires either for front, rear, or many different type.

My mom got left front flat. She use cheap brand tire than 3 other brand. It is fine. I don't see what reason other brand tire should hurt. I rather keep 4 same brand for match. If different tire and thread. It look like retard but that's just me.

ok no problem. No big deal if you use different thread. I'm big car guy. I have seen lot of cars use different thread from rear wheels during red light stop. All I can think eeww lol

well i drove my dads truck to school and my dad took my grand prix and he said hed get a good tire. i paid for em so im broke.lol but i got new tires so i get to drive my car again so woo lol they have a 80000 warranty and i got the road hazard deal so im covered
