depends if its the older one or slim one my son got the older one they are 179.00 here new slim are 239.00 they are cool you can get online with them play movies and a bunch more... the kids at my daycare love them a few have them but most get the ds because they are cheaper.. imo it would be a good trade however i guess it depends on how much the radar is how much could you get for it alone also the psp games hold value trust me i buy many!! so depending on how many games you get with it that alone may be worth it. let me know how it ends!

value of my radar 300
selling price of 225

im going to maybe talk him into a set of tinted tails, psp with games depending on what games he has, and a set of alpine type s door speakers.

for the most part it depends on what games he has, and how many games and accessories, im not giving him full price for the psp because it wouldnt be worth it, also im not selling my radar for full price as well, maybe him and i will work something out.

I've got the first gen PSP. It's pretty handy. I've got a library of movies on my computer that are PSP format. They're Wi-Fi so you can get online with them. You can play a game between two people on two PSP's and you only need one game. You can transfer stuff between two PSP's.

If you have it hacked like i do then yes. Games are expensive, but once its hacked you can "try" games for free using your memory card. Im pretty sure no one has made a build for the slim PSPs to hack so an older one would be better if you plan to play free games

Yo Andrew, I have a modded PSP. custom firmware so you can play homebrew games and play downloaded games. I love it, play it all the time, especially at work. Have alot of emulators for it, gameboy, sega, nintendo, super nintendo, PS1. You can get more like, anything that came out before ps1. Put a graphing calculator on it so I didnt shell out 250 for one. With custom firmware you can play downloaded ISO or CSO (cso is a more compressed version of ISO) copies of games. I WOULD get a PSP but I wouldn't trade him for ur radar, sell the radar and then buy his PSP. PM me, I have links and give u more info on it.

Ok, I haven't really been updated since i hacked mine.

But i can agree, once its hacked it makes the PSP worth the money

ask what firmware it has lol. if it is downgradeable then I guess it depends on how bad you want a psp. you can buy one from ebay for less than 200.

well the full headset kit is just a wired remote w/ track next/previous, volume up/down and pause/play that u plug into the headphone jack. socom game is crap (plus you can download games for free).

like you said, you can buy one on ebay for about 130. The headset kit (which you'll probobly never use) you can get for 10-15. The 4 gb stick you can get for 20. the case is big and bulky, I went and got the soft sock instead for 10 from Futureshop, works alot better against dropping it if u ever did and fits it really nicely. All you really need is the 4 gig stick and the PSP it self which you can get for 150. get an old PSP so u can hack it to play downloaded games and movies.

well do you even know what firmware he has? if its a new one you won't be able to downgrade and will be forced to buy the games.

I have 3 PSP's and will probably buy a 4th soon...why?

1 hacked for old school games and emulators

1 non slim for the car for MP3's

1 slim for current gaming

1 slim for transporting downloaded movies to friends house (I have the HD cables and it outputs 720p)

and I will get another one for the GPS when it comes out soon

Also, there is a wireless TV device you can get (think a remote DVR)

the interface for music and movies is HORRID on psps. Why would you put yourself through that? the screen looks cool when its playing but navigating it is not so great. Why don't u just get more mem cards as 1 psp will still do all those things.

like we talked about earlier Andrew, people trying to get brand new prices out of their used sh*t. Tell him to get a cheap radar then and when it doesn't work and gets a ticket then he can complain about his cheap radar then.
