Ok, those of you on ClubGP or GPONA may have seen this, because a couple people from those forums posted, but for those of you that haven't, this is pure freakin' ownage. Be warned, the forum does contain language. http://www.autoblog.com/2009/01/28/forum-thread-of-the-day-ticket-for-going-too-slow/ http://www.orlandoforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=126522 There isn't much to read after the first couple pages (yes, I took the time to go through all 62 pages of it). There are some good owned pictures though (like pg 60). They did manage to find his myspace page and get ahold of his picture. They got up to almost 500 guests online at one time...and that was two days before Autoblog got ahold of it. Once that happened, their forums actually crashed. LOL We may only be in January, but I think we've found the fail of the year. If you Google ticket for going too slow, that is the first result you find. M David is my hero. God, that took my at LEAST 30 minutes to go through those pages, but it's SO worth the laughs.

So let me get straight clearly. I know I'm not good at english. Cop busted him for doing 40 mph on legal 55 mph for slow ticket? I never heard about that. Normally, cop busted speeding.
How they know this guy is really cop on this message board?

The cop wrote him a ticket for going to slow, rather than citing him for street racing. He was trying to do him a favor, because he could have been arrest for street racing. It's also possible that he was trying to insult him since he was driving a POS ricer.
The idiot then got online to brag about it - but did it in the wrong place. That site is one of a number of sites that are monitored by law enforcement officers to try and find people planning street races. Not only where there a number of cops there, but it looks like the exact cop that gave him a ticket is a long time member there.
When I become a cop, I'll write tickets for going too slow. Not when someone races, but just because it bugs me to no end when people do 30 in a 50. People like that are going to get in an accident because someone else won't be paying attention, and will hit them doing at least 50.

Well, to give you an idea of how much of a moron the kid is, he's got a video of him street racing on his myspace. *rolls eyes*

Don't waste your time with the rest of it. The first page has all the drama. It is very funny, though. Okay thanks. There are some few annoy messages like example 5 members and 457 guest viewing. I know he says Not Safe Work. I think around 5-8 pages that they post picture of killer whale's huge penis. lol what heck is that? That's too random post.

And that, palsut, is why I enjoy it here on GP.net. That crap doesn't happen.

I tried to register and represent GP.net, but I never got my confirmation E-Mail, and can't find a way to resend it. Oh well.

I didn't read any of the pages, but since the title is regarding a ticket for going too slow...
About 5 years ago my friend was on his way to work, and the roads were slick, he said most of the traffic was going probably 55 on the interstate, but he was doing 40 because the POS civic he bought (not referring to all civics, this one was a real POS) was all over the road (suspension issues) but if he kept it at 40 it was fine.
well he got pulled over and ticketed for driving too slow (minimum posted is 45mph) it was mroe so because he was disrupting the flow of traffic.
I wanted to Frame that ticket for him, but he threw it away. He was one of those people who never went slower than the speed limit, usually faster. lol

Reckless driving -> arrested, car impounded, more than $250 in fines, license probably suspended. He got out real easy.
