That's not new. It's on the 2 Fast 2 Furious DVD. It goes between the first and second movies.

Part two was missing the story from the first, it was more about the races than the story line. You miss getting to see a moron in a 'Stang get run over by a big rig, you get to miss see two old school muscle cars, one a Yenko Camaro and the other I don't remember, loose to an Eclipse and...uh, I don't remember the second car their either.
