Got the Speed Daddy headers installed. No leaks or ticking. Only issue is the O2 sensor hitting when hitting gas in reverse. Going to take that out and beat in that part of firewall to make clearance (with air hammer). Car runs stronger now. Something I didn't like was how close the fan motor comes to the middle pipe on front header. I wrapped that pipe to address that issue for now, but ultimately would like to fab up a heat shield to fit in there. Pics below:

Pipe expander I used:

Also got vanity plates:

The cost all together (including tools I didn't have) was right around $350-360. Speed Daddy Headers themselves were 205 shipped. Spent about 40 dollars in Napa Easy Seal Band clamp. I recommend the pipe expander so you can get some play to line the pipes up, otherwise it is a PAIN. Once pipes are aligned it is very easy to get a good seal. Make sure to unplug the purge valve when you go crawling ontop of your M90!

Very clean looking install. I've never seen pipe clamps like those but if they work then all the better.

Some heat wrap on your center pipe should do the trick.

Take lots of pics while they are still shiny. They won't look like that for long.

Good thing you got them to seal the first time. I wish that was my case.

Yup they've already started heading towards this goldish, brownish color.
