Decided it was time to finally add some color under the hood. I have some Red PRJ Wires coming next week as well. As you can see the stock wires at the moment are a hideous mix and match.

And when a warmer day comes...

looks good. So when are you going to be painting the blower? I say you go with a Gunmetal grey, it looks stock without looking stock, if that makes sense. lol.

Looks good. I think it would have looked better if you could have gotten the orange closer to the body color, but no the less it still looks good.

And with your headers you should be able to run that 3.6. I'm running a 3.4 with my mods and 18* of timing and she purrs and goes like a champ with no kr. Well no problems other than the "small" tranny issue =[

Can't wait to get more red involved. I will get pics when I get the PRJ wires in. Those will be red, but I will want red elsewhere too. So what else should be red?

I say powdercoat the blower orange as well as a STB (to match angle braces. The snout of the blower gunmetal or aluminum color with some chrome valve covers from ZZP.

If your plug wires are red, then grab some red coils from Summit along with some red hose and wire covers.

I'm looking forward to spicing up the engine bay on my Bonneville, probably red, aluminum, chrome and maybe a brass or gold accent here and there. I cant see trying anything white in the engine bay cuz it wont stay that way very long.

In due time I will get the red engine dress up kit, which comes with those sleeves for radiator hoses, etc. Not going to change out the stock coil packs. Reason: I've heard they are less reliable.

PRJ Wires will be here tomorrow and I will get them on over the weekend and snap a few pics.

Just prep well and don't paint anything that is metallic.
