Those are some pretty cool rides. What's with the carving on the Model A's steering wheel?

Places that it's been. It's been to New Mexico, up Pikes Peak, I also believe it's been to Alaska and there's some other places it's been that I can't remember right now. That car was my grandpa's and he bought it in the 60s after it had gone all over. The previous owner bought it new and went everywhere. My grandpa turned it into a hot rod for awhile and had some fun, but in the end he took back to stock form. He passed away in 98 and then I ended up getting the car.

That's amazing! I wouldn't imagine a Model A being able to do all that. It always seemed rather fragile to me, although built for an America without roads.

They're pretty tough...and simple! I think simple is the best part really. It blew it's head gasket not long ago...and when I pulled it apart, it had a felpro gasket from long ago. Back when asbestos was still ok.

I love those year models of GP...and did someone take spray paint to your Monte wheels?

I took the pictures where the tire dressing was setting up. That Turtle wax tire dressing foam is the best stuff I've ever found.

Never tried that stuff. I've got Meguiars Hot Shine and a bottle of Armor All gel my wife gave me as a gift. The Armor All feels like youre spreading mucus, and everything sticks to it. The next day the tires look like a glue stick you dropped on the ground.
