finally after wrestling with it for about 1 hour i got it in and put together looks great but do i need to oil it it didnt come with any

The filter comes oiled, you can buy the filter recharge kit that allows you to clean and re-oil itwhen it looks dirty to you.

also the screws that hold the two pieces of the box together i forgot to put the other securing nuts on the bottom is this bad althought i could easily reach two and put those on

Can't really see the color in the pic but if the filer is a K&N and it's red it's oiled. When they are clean they are white/gray. The oil is red. Be sure not to over oil it or you'll get the MAF dirty and that will cause issues.

no it was red i just felt it a bit and it didnt really feal oily or anything and i am not gonna lie the filter is wayy larger then i thought it was gonna be. also was i suppose to do anything else with the maf i just pushed a screw driver through the foil to make a whole then pushed it through. is this all? and i havent had any codes or anything go off but am just wondering

I'm assuming you are talking about the Intake Air Temp sensor... the maf is inside the throttle body. Yeah, that IAT sensor just needs to be able to pick up the temp of the incoming air, so where it's positioned isn't critical.
