hey all im on here looking for help with a customer of mines saturn check engine light.customer brought vehicle in to get check engine light fixed. pulled code #P0401 for EGR system. has .74v at all time and duty cycle is 0. checked all wiring. all powers and grounds are good. has no other running issues and idles fine. im thinking possible EGR. any help would be greatly appriciated

Could just be clogged with carbon. Happens pretty often.
