I'm going to replace the engine mounts in the car since they are shot and dropping everything down which will make getting to them easy I hope.

I'm going to buy them from Advance but when I pull them up, I'm not sure which ones I need so I was asking for help.

If you could point out which ones I need, that would be great. If you can't find them, just do a search for a 98 gtp and see if you can find anything else.

Not sure if I need 2 mounts or there is one mount and then one for the transmission?

it looks like I need part number 2796 for the engine mount but I'm not sure. I think that fits the right/passenger side mount but what mount is on the left/drivers side of the car would I need.

Ebay actually has the anchor 2796 mount for 26 with f/s so I could save a few dollars from them because after coupon, I can get the one through Advance for about 32.

Either way though, I still not sure on the mount for either side or do I know why Advance shows 2 or actually 3 different part numbers.

The passenger side mount is an engine mount. The driver side is a transmission mount. Then your two at the front are torque struts.
