You're telling me. It's killing me since it is so close now. The DP is gonna be custom, so we shall see how tight it is. The V-band on the back is like 4.5 inches, so we are going to have to reduce it (hopefully not too much) and then throw a cutout on the bottom.

Nope. I'm actually on spring break this week but stuck at work. I might get some time to play with it this weekend to get all of the injector tables and MAF tables loaded into the PCM. And then hopefully figure out the brakes on this stupid thing.

I hope you can make it work bud. I can't see a pipe larger than 3" in diameter ever fitting between the booster and valve cover. Vibrant makes some great reducers and vband flanges. I used them when experimenting with the S372. All in all good luck and have fun.

No way you'll fit anything bigger than 3" between there. Even if you do have the room between the booster and valve cover, you'll start to hit the master cylinder. Even my 3" rubbed a huge divot in the master, but that was with spacers. But you see my point.

I posted a little about your PCV question on CGP.

I figured 3" would be the biggest I could fit. I was hoping to keep it at 3" if not maybe just a little bit bigger.

Yep. I've got a Monte Booster/non-ABS master cylinder.

I'm taking all of this in... I really want a turbo setup but first things first.

Hope you get it running man. Still can't get over the size of that turbo.

Yeah. If I had to go back and do it all again, I would buy a kit. So much simpler and all of the guesswork/headaches are really frustrating. I have enjoyed building it, and am glad I did it this way as I have learned a lot.

Way cheaper, so many used kits pop up every winter season. Honestly best route is to grab a used kit off cgp. Fun as hell but if your anything like most of us gear heads it gets slow and then you mod more and then you make it to the point where its serious money to stay reliable. Last time I checked ZZP still hasn't come out with a 1" replacement they were working on.

I took a hammer at my monte booster to nack the pipe in better lulz. I was thinking of using the wilwood booster eliminator kit that uses a distribution block instead but eh not worth it really lol.

If I ever get this car driving right... I'm so going to turbo it. I've got my own welder and I'm not looking for crazy fast. I'll end up just copying ZZP's Z3 kit. Stock manifolds, mount the flange on the crossover, etc. I'll throw 1.9s on it, do some small things like that. I'm not going the cam route again. lol
