First off its a 98 GTP and the heater blower stopped working. I have had to replace it before, so I assumed that the junk yard fan I used had finally died. When I took the fan out and used the battery to test it, it works great. I then tested the wiring to the fan, and it reads around 10 volts. Shouldnt 10 volts be enough to spin the fan? I am kind of wondering if it is time for me to clean the carbon out of the contacts for the ignition switch again, but I dont really want to tear it apart if thats not needed. I almost forgot to mention, I also plugged a new fan into the wire, and it didnt run either.
