AFAIK, Pacesetters are the only ones that do. TOGs require a separate downpipe and they charge a good sum for it as well.

This is the TOG downpipe. The cut-off looking end connects to your cat, clamped or welded. They're pretty cheap and you can find them used quite often.

I wish I could do this .. :s

I want to keep my OEM downpipe in case I get failed at inspection for having no cat.

The cat I have going on is completely hallow laugh

Hopefully the exhaust won't sound like poo. Might have to throw a glasspak in too.
