so i want to flush it, but i was wondering if anyone could tell me the steps or where a link is to flush the entire coolant system. im looking to convert from dexcool to the green stuff.

Where does the tee go from the autozone flush kit? what needs to come unpluged and where? anyone have any type of pics? i want to make sure i get all the dex out.

ive never done my own flush before, i dont want to screw anyting up.

any help/advice/tips would be great!

Because of the disposal of the old fluid I've always taken mine to the shop to have done.

Best way I've found to flush is remove the thermostat and housing and remove lower rad hose from block now flush block and rad with car running until everthing is clear ,install new thermostat fill and go .Chico.

Depends...shop near me takes mine for free. I've heard some shops charge 10-20 bucks. Call a few places would probably be your best bet to see how much it's gonna be for you.

Remember to check for leaks while you are flushing too.

My mechanic found out the my water pump was leaking when he started to flush.

Charged me $160 for flush and fill with green stuff and purchase/installation of new water pump.
