ok so im having a little disagreement with my dad, he doesnt believe me that a 'Grand Prix GT' will run 8.97. So with that said does anyone know the full mod list for it? I showed him the youtube video of it but he still doesnt believe me!! mad

Yah just show him pics, and plenty of videos to go along, along with different people getting into 8s with different cars, you can't lie about video nor forums takling about it!

Apparently your father has'nt heard of the wonders of the GM 3.8 ,tell him the 3.8 predecesar was the buick GN 3800,also Intense managed to get a 200mph run with this engine at the Bonneville Salt Flats.Chico(pops)

ya we were watching pinks and there was a 67 mustang(hes a mustang fanatic) and it ran a 9.45 and i was like ya...i know a Grand Prix GT that can beat that. he was like a 'grand prix'? i was like ya, lol. I then showed him the video and he saw the grand prix when it launched and didnt even want to watch it after that.. lol then he was like i still dont believe it. there has to be a v8 in there. i was like nope, they made it a TT GT. then i showed him the pictures and he was like jawdrop ooooooh ok...haha

Shoot, the video shows intense car ripping up a mustang. The announcer talks highly abou the stang till Intense's GP rips it a new one!

just wondering...

when it says stock bottom end, does that mean like they left the block alone and upgraded the pistons and cam and everything or did they do everything stock but added heads and TT's?

stock bottom end would mean a stock crank, rods and block...aside from boring and other possible machine work.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, the "spirit of bonneville" is the fastest stock bodied, fwd, V6 powered car to ever hit the salt flats.
