this is what I have planned for my 2000 GTP:

1. FWI - already have 9" K&N, just got to relocate it
2. AL 104 spark plugs - got them, just got to put them in
3. Intense PCM
4. 3.25" pulley w/ gatorback belt - already have these, will put on after exhaust is done
5. switch to synthetic oil
6. 3" downpipe
7. high flow cat
8. u-bend delete
9. resonator delete
10. 3" exhaust w/ series 40 flowmasters (or should I go 2.5" ?)
11. 160 thermostat
12. TB spacer

I should have all this done within the next month. Would this work out well, or will i still get KR issues from the 3.25 pulley? Is there anything else I should do or do differently?

After these mods are done I'm going to look into new tire, brakes, struts and then maybe headers...

The only thing I would be worried about is the pulley. Get a scan tool.

I'd recommend getting one of the pulley swap systems and buying the 3.25" and a 3.4" pulley. It will be worth it for the sake of testing.

I agree with Bryant. As for plumbing I'd go with 2.5 inch pipes.

Yeah, that 3.25 might be a bit much.
Invest in a scanner, and go with the 2.5 pipes.
Other than that it looks like you're on the right track.
