ok, so i figured it was just a bad bulb, nope wrong. I just went to napa to pick up a couple bulbs to replace both fogs. i replaced the passenger side no problem. I replaced the driverside, and it still wont light up. What could be my issue?

Try swapping the bulbs, if it still doesn't light up, get a test light and check the wiring: How to Test Fog Light Wires

Someone else posted about this recently, there's really nothing on that circuit to go wrong. If one is lighting up and the other isn't, options are wiring to that bulb from the fog switch, or bulb.
