I used to say, any car I get has to have a spoiler (though not really a huge one). That was when I was into 'Stangs.

After owning my car, any future car I get has to have:
1. A spoiler
2. A sunroof
3. A HUD
4. A supercharger

Yes, my car has spoiled me rotten. laugh

$100 that's a steal. Grab it while you can.

As for the window yes you should have a HUD window but many people have had success with the standard window.

Besides that looks like a "no cut" installation so if your display is too blury you can remove it and sell it. And not be out too much.

I've heard that regular windows work just fine and the whole "hud" glass is overrated

I wonder if it will work with my car (2000 GT). It doesn't say that it would work with mine but I'm sure it will. Who ever gets this, please post your thoughts on it. If the HUD looks good with the regular windshield, I will definitely buy it.

i would imagine there is a harness there. My GT came with the HUD, so i would imagine that the harness is there.

Try e-mailing ZZP

GUys I believe you still have to cut your dash apart o fit it in there, other then that ed will give you the same thing for the same price.

HUD glass isn't as expensive as it used to be, since more cars are coming with HUDs.

Iirc, 97s have the wire harness in the dash, the other years don't, so .. I dunno. The description for that isn't very .. uh .. descriptive. I would imagine you might still have to splice some things. And you'll have to mess with the dash to get the HUD screen/box/thing properly secured/installed/stuck on things with 3M tape .. And put the dimmer switch in the dash ..

So don't worry, I bet it's still a PITA. laugh Anyone willing to get it and post what you find out?
