Ever since I started this car project, I've used them the most since they were typically cheaper (and fast at shipping). Today I looked at my order history... eek!

Code:
                        Order History
Order No. Order Total Date Purchased Status Details
19766 $111.53 09/11/2007 In Process Details
18352 $108.39 07/26/2007 Shipped Details
15721 $83.38 04/30/2007 Shipped Details
14400 $479.18 03/16/2007 Shipped Details
14133 $660.22 03/07/2007 Shipped Details

1,442.70 USD. not too bad, considering all you've had done. What's the Dyno or ET on this monster, again? How much TOTAL have you spent so far (including car)? Anything under 20 would be acceptable IMO. Yet still, you have body work to do, and that stuff is the expensive part.

Stop complaining on the cost, you know you're enjoying it. devilgrin wink

Body work I might end up doing myself. I'll just be out money on paint.

Engine and tranny ran around $1400. Powertuner was $400. Shifter and throttle cable was around $50, fuel lines are $20 each. So, add in another $100 for miscellaneous crap and we get... Edit: $200 for radiator and $140 for JDMs.

3,772.70 +
3,800.00 (cost of car) =
7,572.70 Approximately.

JDM = Japanese Domestic Market...many of the black housing headlight sets are advertised as JDM.

Look on the upside RooK...if you bought a car with all this stuff installed it owuld cost a killing...even if you pull out all the stops, tranny, wheels, tires and paint you'll still probably have less than $10K invested (and thats splurging I would think)...plus you will have a unique and awesome car thumbsup ...this is how show cars are born my good man.

I think, from what others have stated, 280whp seems like a good number for guesstimates. When I get my exhaust finished and she's tuned, I'll take her to a dyno.

She will stay pink (maybe with iron (color of my S/C) accents on badges etc). Her day to be painted is yet to be determined. I still have a list of things needing done:

Exhaust, Tires, Brakes. What order? Who knows. After I get it settled, the next mod is a Stage3 IC.

And so it begins...lol
