I am thinking about buying a new air intake from the GP Store, will installing this void the warranty? How about a new exhaust system?

Generally, no. Although you can get a picky service writer that won't warranty something because of the intake replacement-- you're pretty darn safe with a cat-back.

Because it is under warranty, i would suggest the SLP CAI. SLP works with GM to design and distribute parts, so you're a lot less likely to run into problems at the service desk.
