differing DIC compatibilities

I just realized in my quest to switch out my analog DIC with the digital one that there are several types of Digital DIC's. For instance, some have a TCS button while others do not. If not, does it mean that GP isn't equipped with TCS?

Do all of them fit the same wiring harness? Are they all compatible with all GP's from 98-03? Clue me in on this... I need some help

THE GTP Had the TCS button and the GT Has the Trac button. They are basically the same thing i think other than that button difference, not sure exactly i just know that the GTP has TCS and GT has TRAC

they are the same thing. I guess they decided to use the correct term for the GTP and be gay with GT by putting TRAC. All GPs have TCS. I don't know about the SE, but I know the rest of them do

Any Digital DIC from 98-03 will not fit in the 97 GTP or GT I found out the hard way, there is something about the PCM and how it can't read it. And the 97 GTPs dont have the TRac Button so if you switch your analog for digital you will lose your opition to shut trac off and you will need a digital DIC from a 97 GTP

Well the digital one I got is from a '98 so I suppose I had better sell it and get one from a 97. Thanks for the help guys.
